Low Level Laser Therapy Unit
Certain conditions which will benefit from Low Level Laser Therapy will require a concerted and regular treatment plan. In some cases this may mean treatments daily, or up to three times a week. The laser unit may be hired to undertake the necessary treatment at correct intervals. Helen provides sufficient training to allow safe operation of the laser unit, and a demonstration of the relevant treatment protocol. Protocols are individually devised and provided in written form with precise instructions. Clients may be best served by hiring the laser equipment in certain circumstances where intensive treatment regimes are indicated.
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy
The Activomed Combi PEMF rug (electromagnetic plus massage function) is available for hire by the week.
A PEMF (electromagnetic only) pad is also available for hire by the week
A written protocol and personal training on using the rug and pad are provided.
Muscle Stimulation Unit
Muscle stim usually needs to be applied daily. Muscle stimulation units are available for hire by the week but it is suggested that to achieve notable improvement, a month long hire should be booked. The units are supplied with re-useable electrodes, rechargeable battery and conductive gel. A written protocol and personally tailored pre-set programme are provided.
